We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75 USD. Shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of the United States.
We want you to love your Kapena Kai garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds or store credits on all orders.
To submit a return please email us with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days.
Gift Cards and Online Store Credits may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits purchased through our website can only be redeemed through our Online Store.
If you have not received your items within the expected delivery times, please email us with your full name and order number and we will investigate your delivery immediately.
